Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) Provider

Immediate openings for CPST staff in multiple specialty programs at east and west side locations. CPST staff provide a wide range of direct and indirect services to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness, including: assessment of strengths, abilities, needs, and preferences; referrals and linkage to resources; advocacy; coordination of services; and assistance with the management of symptoms of psychiatric illnesses. Adherence to client’s rights, confidentiality/HIPAA compliance, health and safety issues, and sensitivity to diverse populations is required. CPST’s promote a recovery-based model for treatment of clients that is reflective of the agency mission statement. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field required.
  • Previous experience as a CPST preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits and entitlements, such as SSI/SSD, Medicaid, and Medicare eligibility preferred.
  • A valid Ohio driver’s license and an insured vehicle.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus!

Counselor

Our Child/Adolescent team is seeking a qualified, licensed Counselor to provide direct services (counseling and case management) and empower patients to meet every day responsibilities. In this role, the Counselor accepts assignment of cases to provide assessments, counseling/psychotherapy, and community support program services for patients and their families, including: community organizations, schools, other health and social service professionals, the justice system, and other agencies involved with the patient. The Counselor is expected to meet the program's productivity target for billable service each week. Services take place in the office, home and community.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
  • License required: LSW or PC. Independent license preferred.
  • Must have a genuine passion to work both in the office as well as in the patient's home and/or community with diverse youth, adolescent and adult clientele.
  • Must meet OhioMHAS and CARF requirements for the provision of clinical services.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and familiarity with the internet and email communications.
  • Experience with mental health, work with multidisciplinary team, including MD’s, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Healthcare Managers.

Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring quality service delivered by clinicians to patients of the agency. They assist in developing services and monitoring referrals within the service line. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision for staff delivering clinical services. They provide leadership and supervisory responsibilities assuring quality care and compliance with certification and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Three (3) years’ management experience providing services in a mental health field.
  • License required: LISW-S or LPCC-S for mental health clinical supervision.
  • Must meet OhioMHAS and CARF requirements for the provision of clinical services.
  • Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and familiarity with the internet and email communications.
  • Ability to travel within city and surrounding communities.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary team, including MD’s, Psychiatrists, Nurses, and Healthcare Managers.
