  • The 2000 John F. Lewis "Treatment Service Award" for Brian Freeman, Ph.D., Director of Program Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, from the Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Cuyahoga County.
  • The 1997 National Alliance for the Mentally Ill - Greater Cleveland Chapter "Mental Health Organization of the Year Award".
